Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ggd33 ("ggd33", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ggd33 online gaming platform, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features accessible via https://ggd33.org and any related mobile web interface.

By registering an account with ggd33, depositing funds, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any part of the ggd33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ggd33 platform and close your account.

2. Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of ggd33 services, including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation, you are required to complete the account registration process and pass KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all ggd33 accounts:

• Each individual may open and operate only one (1) ggd33 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be treated as duplicate accounts, subject to suspension, and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ggd33 account login credentials, including your username and password. ggd33 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You must notify ggd33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• ggd33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by ggd33 may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
• ggd33 reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ggd33 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated any provision of these Terms or has engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

All information provided during the registration process and at any subsequent KYC verification stage becomes part of your account record. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your personal details change, you must update your account information promptly by contacting ggd33 support.

5. Responsible Gaming

ggd33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing players with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms:

• ggd33 provides deposit limit, loss limit, and session time reminder tools accessible from within the account dashboard. Players are encouraged to use these tools to maintain control of their gaming activity.
• Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary account time-out or a longer self-exclusion period by contacting ggd33 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• ggd33 will honour all self-exclusion requests without question. Once a self-exclusion period is active, ggd33 will take reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account and from receiving marketing communications from ggd33.
• ggd33 reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gaming limits on any account where ggd33 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player's gambling activity poses a risk to the player's financial or personal wellbeing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggd33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ggd33 platform. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based. Specific exclusions include but are not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from or in connection with technical interruptions, platform downtime, or errors in game software or results.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account, transmissions, or data, resulting from circumstances beyond ggd33's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in performance resulting from events outside ggd33's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of government, or natural disasters.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the ggd33 platform that cannot be resolved informally by contacting ggd33 support shall be subject to binding arbitration. ggd33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any player complaint or dispute within 30 days of receiving a formal complaint submitted to [email protected]. Players are encouraged to contact the ggd33 support team in the first instance before initiating any formal dispute resolution process.
